Mid Surrey Tree Surgeons are a highly skilled organisation who specialise in tree surgery and ground work for both the private and commercial sector. However, until they worked with The Bridge they were unclear how best to market their skills and resources, so they could engage with large corporate companies.

What Happened?

When The Bridge began working with Mid Surrey Tree Surgeons they had always done their marketing ‘in house'. This had made them a profitable business but they recognised they needed to have a more professional image if they were to access larger businesses. They had invested in a new website project with a major developer, but had not been able to see the project to completion and were feeling frustrated. In addition, they had recently invested in some specialist equipment, including the UK's only 28m tractor-mounted cherry picker, (ideal for preventing tree damage to power lines) so were keen to attract companies who required this service.

The new cherry picker, since it was so unique in the UK, became the focus of The Bridge's campaign. The Bridge ensured new improved images of it were made available, featured them wherever possible on their marketing collateral and across their new website, of which The Bridge also oversaw planning, design, planning, development and launch. Working together, The Bridge focused their ideas to create a comprehensive marketing plan, and a targeted campaign for their web marketing. Additionally, they found new ways for Mid Surrey Tree Surgeons to benefit from their own stock of great case studies and ensured all the contractual paperwork was in place for when the big orders did come in.

The Outcome

After the work carried out by The Bridge, Mid Surrey Tree Surgeons are now well placed to market their services to large organisations. All their revised marketing material, both on and offline is now highly professional, features the information that potential customers really require and highlights the unique services Mid Surrey Tree Surgeons can offer.
